By creating an account or using MyMailAlias, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the service.
MyMailAlias gives you an email alias on a domain we operate, and forwards mail sent to that alias to an inbox you connect. You can also send and reply as your alias once set up.
We work to keep forwarding fast and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and depends in part on third-party mail providers we don’t control.
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping it secure.
When you claim a handle, you get the exclusive right to use it while your subscription is active and renewed. You don’t own the underlying domain — we operate it — but the address is reserved for you.
We may reclaim or refuse handles that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or are used in violation of these terms.
On a Family plan, the primary subscriber is responsible for all aliases and family members using the shared domain, including compliance with these terms by anyone using an alias under that plan.
To keep the service reliable and reputable for everyone, you agree not to use it to:
Aliases are billed yearly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date, so your address doesn’t lapse.
You can cancel anytime; your alias stays active until the end of the paid period.
If you’re not happy with your alias within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. After that window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, forwarding continues until the end of your current term, after which the address enters a grace period before being released.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, put the service at risk, or remain unpaid. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice first.
We aim for high reliability but can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, since mail routing depends on external providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMailAlias is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we’ll give reasonable notice by email or in-app before they take effect; continued use afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
